How to exchange or return your Fanny Fit products

Please use our portal using the button below. Here you are able to:

  1. Register the product(s) using your order number
  2. Select the reason for return or to exchange. If you want to exchange you can choose from our available products
  3. Select your shipping method to send your return to us

You will hear from us within 5-10 working days after receiving your return

How do I return or exchange the products?

Please use the portal linked above to register your return with us

Even if you want to ship your return to us without using our shipping options, please register the return using the portal for a smooth handling process

What products can I still return or exchange?

To be eligible for return or exchange, products must be:

  • Not worn
  • Not washed
  • In its original condition
  • In its packaging (can be opened)

How much does it cost to return or exchange my products?

  • Exchanging your products is free in the Netherlands
  • Exchanging your products when you're outside of the Netherlands requires you to ship back your products to us at your own costs. The replacement order will be shipped to you free of charge
  • Returning your items requires you to ship back your products to us. In the Netherlands we offer a mailbox label for €4.50 or you can opt for your own shipping method

Can I try the product and still return or exchange it?

You may open the packaging and try on the product over your own underwear

Please note that any returned opened products must be inspected. Opened products are therefore not guaranteed to be accepted.

We kindly ask you to first open 1 product to try before opening any others

What products can I exchange for eachother?

You can exchange any product for a different size and color. You can also exchange the following designs amongst each other:

  • The Classic 2.0
  • The Lace
  • The Sporty
  • The Classic High-Waist

How long do I have to return or exchange products?

You have 30 days after your order is received to return or exchange your products with us

The product I want is not available for exchange

You can only exchange your products for products that we have in stock

If a product is sold-out, you cannot select it using the portal

If you are willing to wait for the product to be back in stock, you can select a back-up option first and write in the comment what your first choice would be and until when you would be willing to wait. If the product is in stock by then, we will send your first choice, if this will take too long we will send you the back-up option.

If I bought a bundle or with a discount, can I return some of the items?

Our products are packaged individually and can be returned or exchanged individually
