What makes Fanny Fit different?

Fanny Fit designs underwear that truly takes the female body into account, including the natural variation in the shape of the vulva.

Our products are always designed following these principles:

1. Wider gusset:
More fabric for better coverage and less shifting. More information in our blog. 

2. Higher hygienic lining (gusset):
Better coverage for vaginal discharge, with no seams, lace or synthetic materials against your vulva. Read more in our blog. 

3. Natural materials & smart seams:
We use TENCEL™ lyocell for an ultra-soft feel. The seams are strategically placed for a better fit and to prevent shifting. Read more.

I'm not sure about my size, do you have any advice?

For our underwear, we recommend ordering your regular size. See the table below for our recommendations.

You may open 1 product and try it on over your own underwear. This can also be returned. Exchanging size, style (excl. The No-Cameltoe Thong and The Body) and colour is free. Returns with opened products need to be thoroughly inspected and may therefore take a little longer to process.

What materials do you use?

Our main textile is lyocell, and we use TENCEL™: a high-quality form of lyocell by the Austrian company Lenzing. Lyocell is a natural material that is breathable, antibacterial, soft and sustainable, with a low ecological footprint. Our lace is made from a polyamide blend, which provides stretch and allows for beautiful designs. For optimal comfort and vaginal health, only lyocell comes into contact with your vulva. Do you ship worldwide?

Unfortunately we do not yet ship worldwide. We only ship to countries within the EU: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden. Overseas territories are excluded.

How much does shipping cost? And when do I get free shipping?

Shipping costs vary by country. See the costs per country in the table below. Shipping is free for orders from €35 within the Netherlands and for orders from €50 in the rest of the EU.

My package has not arrived yet, or the carrier says it has been delivered but I have not received anything. What now?

Since we use letterbox packages, you do not need to be home as the carrier will simply drop it through your letterbox.

Unfortunately, carriers sometimes incorrectly indicate that a package has already been delivered. In most cases, your package will still arrive within a few working days.

If it takes longer than 7 working days, please send us a message via the contact form below. Please include the email address you used to place your order. This way we can find it quickly and help you as fast as possible.

I want to return or exchange my order. What should I do?

We recommend opening and trying 1 product over your own underwear before opening any others. This can also be returned. Within 30 days of receiving your order, we accept returns of products that are unused, unwashed and in their original condition. Exchanging size, style (excl. The No-Cameltoe Thong and The Body) and colour is free. Returns with opened products need to be thoroughly inspected and may therefore take a little longer to process.
