What is different about Fanny Fit?

Fanny Fit designs underwear with women's bodies in mind, in particular the natural variation in shapes vulvas come in. Our designs are based on the following principles:

1. Wider gusset: to give you more fabric to cover all of you

2. Higher hygiene lining / pocket: better coverage for your vaginal discharge, no seams against your vulva, no lace or other synthetic materials against your vulva

3. Smart seams: none down the front, but on the sides to prevent shifting

I am unsure about my size, do you have advice?

Many women pick thongs one size up from their regular size. For our Classic 2.0 and Lace thongs we advise to not go one size up. Are you normally between two sizes? Then we advise to pick the smaller size. See the table below for our recommendation.

The Classic (only available in XXL) tends to run on the large side, so please consider sizing down a full size.

Where do you stand in terms of sustainability?

As we want to contribute to a sustainable future we choose environmentally friendly, natural materials. We work with one producer only, who meets our standards and not only covers the production of our undergarments but also the production of the materials itself. This gives us full transparency in our supply chain. Furthermore our partner is SA 8000 certified: the Social Accountability Standard that requires businesses to adhere to the highest social standards in terms of fairness and social accountability towards its employees.

What types of materials do you use?

Our main textile of choice is lyocell. Lyocell is a natural material which is breathable, anti-bacterial, soft and durable, while having a low eco footprint. Our lace is made of a polyamide blend, this allows for stretch and intricate design. For optimal comfort and vaginal health, only lyocell will come into contact with your genitals. Do you ship worldwide?

At the moment, we do not ship worldwide. Currently, we only ship to countries within the EU: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Germany, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden. This excludes overseas territories.

The postal service says my package has been delivered, but I haven't received it. What do I do?

Because we use mailbox packages you don't need to stay home, however this also means the postal service sometimes claims it's been delivered when it hasn't. In practice we see that the package arrives a few working days later. Has it been more then 5 working days? Please contact us using the form below

I want to return my order, what do I do?

We encourage you to try on one item before opening any others to make sure the fit is right. During the 14 days after purchase, we accept returns that are unused, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging intact. Please note we do not accept used products for hygiene reasons. If something was wrong with the order we also accept opened packages. You can contact us at returns@fannyfit.com to initiate the return process or for any related inquiries.
