How can I return or exchange my Fanny Fit products?
Please use our portal using the button below. Here you are able to:
- Register the product(s) using your order number
- Select the reason for return or to exchange. If you want to exchange you can choose from our available products
- Select your shipping method to send your return to us
You will hear from us within 5-10 working days after receiving your return.

How can I return or exchange my products?

Are you choosing to send the package yourself using your own shipping method instead of our shipping options? Please register your return via the portal anyway for smooth processing.
Which products can I return or exchange?
To be eligible for a return or exchange, products must:
- Not have been worn
- Not have been washed
- Be in their original condition
- Be in the packaging (the packaging may be opened)
What does it cost to return or exchange my products?
- Exchanging is free within the Netherlands.
- Exchanging from abroad is also possible. You pay the shipping costs to send the products back to us in the Netherlands. We will send the replacement order to you free of charge.
- Returning means you pay the shipping costs to us. In the Netherlands we offer a mailbox label for €4.50, or you can choose your own shipping method.
Can I try the product and still return or exchange it?
You may open the packaging and try the product on over your own underwear.
Please note: we kindly ask you to open and try 1 product first before opening any others. Any returned opened products must be inspected, therefore opened products are not guaranteed to be accepted for return.
What products can I exchange for eachother?
You can always exchange a different size or colour of the same model. You can do this in our portal on the website.
You can also exchange the following styles with each other in the portal on the website:
- The Classic Thong
- The Lace Thong
- The Sporty Thong
- The High-Waist Thong
- The Low-Waist Thong
- The Brief
- The Brazilian

How long do I have to return or exchange products?
You have 30 days after receiving your order to return or exchange products.
The product I want is not available for exchange
You can only exchange for products that are in stock. If a product is sold out, you cannot select it via the portal.
Are you willing to wait until the product is back in stock? Select another product as a plan B and include a note with your first choice and how long you are willing to wait. If it takes longer, we will send your plan B.

If I purchased a bundle or with a discount, can I return some items?
Yes, our products are individually packaged and can also be returned or exchanged individually.
