Shipping policy
Thank you for choosing Fanny Fit. This shipping policy describes the conditions that apply when shipping our products from the European Union (EU) to your country. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
Shipping area
- We ship to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden. NB: excluding overseas territories.
- We currently do not offer worldwide shipping.
Order processing
- All orders are processed within 1 working day after payment is confirmed. If you order on a working day before 17:00, your order will be handed over to the carrier the same day. Working days are based on the Dutch calendar.
- We make every effort to ensure your order is shipped promptly.
Shipping methods

We use the following carriers:
- Netherlands: PostNL
- Belgium: Landmark/Bpost
- Denmark and Spain: GLS
- Other countries: DHL
- Orders are generally packed in boxes that comply with Dutch letterbox parcel regulations. This means that in the Netherlands you usually do not need to be home. Outside the Netherlands, the delivery person may attempt to deliver the package to your letterbox, but this is not guaranteed.
- You will receive a notification once the carrier has received your package, including a Track & Trace link.
Shipping costs
- Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination and the value of your order.
- Please refer to our FAQ for a current overview of shipping costs per country and free shipping thresholds.
- Shipping costs are displayed in euros at checkout before you complete your order.
- Any taxes, customs duties or additional charges from the destination country are at the recipient's expense. Within our webshop we include taxes and customs duties in the price, but unexpected additional costs are at your own expense.
Shipping times
- The estimated delivery time varies by destination and shipping method. The carrier will provide these times once your order has been shipped. Estimates (excluding 1 working day processing):
- Netherlands: 1–3 working days
- Other countries: 3–5 working days
- Please note: delivery times are indicative and may be affected by delays at the carrier or customs.
- You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped so you can follow it.
Order tracking
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
- Use this number to track your shipment on the carrier's website.
- If you have problems with tracking, you can contact us via our contact form or at customerservice@fannyfit.com.
- Please allow for postal delays; complaints are generally only accepted after more than 5 working days of delay.
Customs and import duties
- Any customs duties, taxes or additional charges are at the recipient's expense. We try to include all costs in our prices, but unexpected local additional costs are outside our responsibility.
- We are not responsible for delays or additional costs due to customs procedures.
- We recommend familiarising yourself with the customs regulations of your country before placing an order.
Delivery of orders
- Deliveries are made to the address you provide at checkout.
- It is your responsibility to ensure the address is correct and complete.
- In the case of an incorrect or incomplete address, we are not liable for delay or non-delivery; additional shipping costs may be charged.
- If you notify us before shipping, we may be able to adjust the address. Please send an email to customerservice@fannyfit.com.
Problems with orders
- Please report damaged or missing items within 72 hours of receipt.
- We will work with you to resolve any issues and provide a satisfactory solution.
