Refund policy
Thank you for choosing Fanny Fit. We want you to be completely satisfied with your order and have therefore put together this return and refund policy to provide you with a hassle-free experience. Please read the information below about returns and exchanges carefully.
Conditions for returns
- We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the products are unused, unwashed and in their original condition and packaging.
- If you have ordered multiple products, please open one first to try on before opening the rest.
- Products that have been used, washed, damaged or are no longer in their original condition cannot be accepted.
Return process
- To register a return, please use our Returns Portal (or see our FAQ), within the 30-day return period.
- The portal ensures that your return is processed smoothly.
- Via the portal you can choose to arrange your own shipping or purchase a return label. Return costs are at your own expense.

Shipping costs for returns

The shipping costs for a return are at your own expense, except in the following cases:
- Manufacturing defects
- Wrong items received
- Exchanging within the Netherlands (see below)
- We recommend using a shipping service with track & trace to ensure your return arrives safely. For selected countries we offer return labels via our Returns Portal. The costs will be deducted from your refund.
- We are not liable for loss or damage during return shipping. If we do not receive your return, you are not entitled to an exchange or refund.
Refunds
- Once we have received the returned items, we will process the return within 3–5 working days. Please note that the delivery time to us is not included in this.
- Refunds will be made via the original payment method used for your order. You will receive a notification once the refund has been processed.
- Depending on your payment provider, it may take up to 5 working days for the refund to appear in your account.
- From the moment we receive your package, it can take up to 10 working days for the refund to appear. We ask for your patience. If it takes longer, please contact us.
- Any discount that applied to your original order but is no longer valid due to the return will be forfeited.
Exchanges
- Would you like to exchange an item for a different size, colour or style (this applies to all products except The No-Cameltoe Thong and The Body)? You can do this via our Returns Portal.
- For exchanges within the Netherlands we offer free return shipping, but only if you exchange all items. In the case of a partial exchange and partial refund, the shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
- For other countries, the return costs are at your own expense.
- We will ship the new products to you free of charge.
- Would you like to exchange for a product that is not available via the portal? Please indicate this in the comments.
- We do not charge or refund any price difference when exchanging between different styles.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
- Have you received a damaged or wrong item? Please contact our customer service within 72 hours of receipt at customerservice@fannyfit.com.
- Wrongly delivered items must always be returned.
- In most cases, damaged or defective items do not need to be returned. Our customer service will let you know if this is necessary.
- Please include photos or additional information to help us assess the issue and find a suitable solution, such as a replacement, gift card or another solution in consultation.
