Shipping policy

Thank you for choosing Fanny Fit. This shipping policy outlines the terms and conditions that apply when shipping our products from the European Union (EU) to your designated country. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

Coverage Area:

  1. We ship to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Germany, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden. Note: excluding overseas territories.

  2. At present, we do not offer worldwide shipping.

Order Processing:

  1. All orders will be processed within 1 business day after payment confirmation. If you order on a working day before 17:00, your order will be handed over to the shipper on the same day. Working days are based on the Dutch calendar.

  2. We make every effort to ensure your order is shipped promptly.

Shipping Methods:

  1. We use the following shippers:

    • Netherlands: PostNL

    • Belgium: GLS

    • Other countries: DHL

  2. Orders are generally packed into boxes that meet Dutch mailbox package rules. This means that in the Netherlands, you usually don’t need to stay at home to receive your package. Outside of the Netherlands, the delivery person may try to deliver the package to your mailbox if possible, but this is not guaranteed.

  3. You will receive a notification once the shipper receives your package, including a Track & Trace link.

Shipping Costs:

  1. Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination and order value.

  2. Please refer to our FAQ for an updated overview of shipping costs per country and free shipping thresholds.

  3. Shipping costs are displayed in euros during checkout before finalizing your order.

  4. Any applicable taxes, customs duties, or additional fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient. We include taxes and duties in our prices, but unexpected extra charges are not our responsibility.

Shipping Times:

  1. Estimated shipping times vary by destination and shipping method. Provided by the carrier once shipped:

    • Netherlands: 1–3 business days

    • Other countries: 3–5 business days

  2. Shipping times are approximate and may be affected by carrier delays or customs clearance.

  3. You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped to monitor progress.

Order Tracking:

  1. Once shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

  2. Use this number to track your order on the carrier’s website.

  3. If you encounter issues with tracking, contact us via the contact form or at customerservice@fannyfit.com.

  4. Postal delays may occur; complaints are generally accepted only after more than 5 business days of delay.

Customs and Import Duties:

  1. Any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees imposed by the destination country are the recipient’s responsibility. We aim to include all taxes and duties in our prices, but unexpected extra fees are beyond our responsibility.

  2. We are not responsible for delays or additional charges due to customs clearance.

  3. We recommend familiarizing yourself with your country’s customs regulations before placing an order.

Order Delivery:

  1. Deliveries will be made to the address provided at checkout.

  2. Ensure the address is accurate and complete.

  3. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses; additional shipping costs may apply.

  4. If you notify us before shipment, we may be able to update the address. Please email customerservice@fannyfit.com.

Order Issues:

  1. Report damaged or missing items within 48 hours of receiving your shipment.

  2. We will work with you to resolve any problems satisfactorily.
